Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries, provide information about Skyla and Ovacyte equipment, and prepare commercial offers. We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
Legal basis
Data processing is based on your consent, given by completing and submitting the contact form, as well as on the legitimate interest of NOVA GROUP INVESTMENT in responding to commercial inquiries received.
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
